I had an outstanding experience at Hotel The Vaikunth. The hospitality was exceptional, with a staff that exuded warmth and professionalism. The food surpassed expectations, and the staff's humility added a delightful touch to our stay. Notably, they graciously accommodated a room upgrade request, even at the eleventh hour. I am Visiting this hotel at 12 November Sunday Diwali. I am really very happy with the service food mobility, Staff and all things which is given by the Hotel. It’s a truly three star property and if you want to go book it now you feel like 5 star because my experience is very good. There is no any kind of problem with the Hotel. Thank you.

I reserved a room with a terrace (room description and photos) and a shower separate with glass from the toilet (by photos of room), and received a room with none). The staff said there was no room with balcony available, but changed my room to one with a glass separated shower. Cleanliness was compromised, WiFi didn't work, and room was quite rundown and with mold. The only good point was the charming and kind staff who did whatever they could to help, but there was little they could do, when the hotel is so poorly maintained and managed.

I had a good stay for 3 days. People are good and service is great. Room is pretty decent. I also had a great Mountain View from my room. The food was not good though- it was pretty stale. I won’t recommend unless they are maybe serving buffet. Also the reception does not bother much to return you the full change of any bill you may pay for- for example if they have to return Rs 7 or 9 to you and they don’t have change they don’t even say sorry we don’t have change. They did it twice with me while I was paying my dues in the hotel for the stay and food etc. I did not like that attitude. I would give this hotel a 3 star.
