I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wild Retreat Resort in Kumbhalgarh for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived at the resort, I was blown away by the stunning natural surroundings and the warm hospitality of the staff. The rooms at the resort were fantastic - spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. What really made my stay special was the balcony attached to my room, which offered breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and wildlife. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Speaking of exploring, the resort is situated in the midst of nature and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy. I went on a guided trek to the nearby Kumbhalgarh fort and the views were simply stunning. The resort also offers bird watching and nature walks, which I highly recommend for nature enthusiasts. One of the highlights of my stay was the food at the resort. Every meal I had was delicious and prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The resort also has a variety of dining options, including a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views. The staff were also very accommodating and always willing to cater to any dietary restrictions. But what truly sets this resort apart is the helpful and friendly staff. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions I had and even helped me plan my sightseeing trips. Overall, my experience at the Wild Retreat Resort was nothing short of amazing. It's the perfect place for anyone looking to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse themselves in nature. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Kumbhalgarh. Thank you to the staff for making my stay a memorable one. I can't wait to visit again!

Everything is perfect. Hotel is big with just few rooms. Make sure you are not alone in hotel. It is scary to be alone on such spot although it is safe. Excellent pool and food. Rooms need to maintain more specially bathroom

The resort is quite amazing with a very beautiful location. The rooms are very nicely done with the restaurant design and food was very tasty. Mr. Sohan's polite service was very much appreciated. He is very courteous and humble natured. Jhalam Singhji from house keeping was very helpful in making our stay comfortable.

Faced these major issues- 1.Too many monkey roaming in the resort, not safe if you are travelling with kids. 2.Room views are not good, no proper view of valley. 3. Zero wifi in rooms and most areas. Wifi only comes in reception area where they need it for payment. 4. Food is extremely oily. you can see oil floating on dishes. Taste is also average. 5. They offer biscuits and 1 pakoda in name of high tea. 6. Facility not up to mark, game equipment are broken or missing. 7. Missing basic toiletries like toothbrushes in room. Overall definitely not 4 star resort. Its ideally a 3 star resort based on service and the management.
