The hotel was good. However we faced difficulty in locating the property. It was way down. We struggled a lot to go down and park. The hotel boars was not visible at night. However when we said we want to check out, the owner readily gave us our 1 day refund. Food was good.

Very bad experience from the resort. Booked three rooms, not even single room looks good. Flush in the toilets not working,no water coming from the shower,even the walls in the room are in a bad condition. Spend nearly 8k and no hot water to drink. Or no towels in the washroom. Customer service also not good even complained to the responsible person also provide no response.Fake pictures are providing while booking. Don't choose this resort even the lodge looks better than this.

The hotel was not good, views are normal and pics provided are fake it is just similar to lodge. However we faced difficulty in locating the property. It was way down. We struggled a lot to search hotel when we ask manger to send some one to pickup when we was just 1km he said no others vehicels also come he replied so u have to come by your own . The hotel boards was not visible and single board was there at night.Customer service also not good even complained to the responsible person also provide no response.Food was wrost ,even when we ask for towels they said will be provided in morning cutains are so bad and broken Don't choose this resort go for The Club or Sea view at same rates

The wind munnar is very worst hotel to stay and there services are very redulous and it is very much unhygenic even not proper service provided food was also worst even water also not available in washroom neither room condition is proper they are posting fake photos of hotel on their website I suggest not to visit to wind munnar it is a worst hotel very bad experience of this wind munnar it is waste of money i paid so much but according to money it is not worth such kind of hotels we should only pay 500-1000 such kind of hotel it is. Room condition, food, services all are worst😡😡 NOT TO VISIT

Short review: Good view. But that's it. Don't expect anything else. Photos on Google are fake to cheat users. Location is good in terms of view but there is hardly anything nearby - no place to eat out, no market. Long review: When you reach the hotel, there is hardly any parking and you would need to park on the side of a narrow road. Room: The room is sub-standard as per rates and the cleanliness is not what you would expect. The balcony is spacious, has a good and the bathroom is okay. You would need to waste a couple of buckets to get slightly warm water. There is no separate geyser for the room. There is only small medimix soap present in condiments. The furniture is old and not maintained. Service: The service is pathetic. You would need to call multiple times to get a bottle of water. No kettle. No hair dryer (must in monsoon). Don't expect much. You wouldn't need that on vacation. Food has no taste but high price. Potion is very less as per rate and quality. Incident: The manager quoted high price and when I reached the hotel, I asked the room is not good. He offered the discounted rates and committed a lower price. We checked-in after a long day ride and it was getting dark. However, during check out - He quoted a higher price which was committed. I asked to stay true what he said but he didn't. So, stay at your own risk. There is hardly any process.
