Very Poor. The rooms do not match the customers expectations. I have been a frequent user of OYO and I found it very disappointing. The rooms are very small. The bathroom and wash rooms are not proper. I visited 2 different rooms, the rooms were stinky and full of Cigarette smoke. The Towels were not clean, even after the changed. The curtains were dirty. @ a Place like Banglore this is not expected. No a OYO fit place. OYO has to maintain the standards.

Only the place and interior looks good but in the name of service its full trash. Checked in here the room was totally unready then also they gave us this room. In the room bed was having bedbugs, then AC was there but it waS only acting as Fan, oyo goodies were given to us after 1 day, only when we asked for manager to complain(anyway for this he told manager is not there), bathroom lights were fused. We managed without the light one night. Even Tap water was not proper. For each and every request we did they made us wait hours.

Very bad experience. Me and my son were given a room on 3rd floor, but lift has not been made functional. The AC was installed, but did not work. There was geyser, so one worker had to bring one bucket of warm water for each of us. But the water supply stopped halfway during my son"s bath.

Stayed there for 2 days, booked 2 AC rooms. The good bits: The rooms are decent, the AC's in our rooms worked well. The furniture needs some work to be done, but all in all it's ok. The bad bits: - They advertise they have parking, but actually they don't. You'll have to keep in an open place, (It maybe a regular thing in bangalore, but, not really a fan of such wrong information) - The food is a joke. Don't eat/drink here. - They have CRT TVs (in 2016, felt like time travel back to 90's.) - FINALLY : The bathroom fittings are poor, need replacement. The showers, sprinklers, be careful around them.
