Time Square Club, Resort & Spa

This place is an actual five star category club resort. One of the finest stays in Kutch. Everything is so perfect that you don't need anything more. Being a vegetarian I always look for pure veg food. And here they're serving only veg food and that's a really good thing. Ria guide me and she is too helpful.

I visited the place with my family. Resort was neat and clean. But I did not find it upto the mark :- Cons:- 1. Rooms were having bad smell esp. the one given to my elder brother. We checked in at around 10pm and since that moment there was a foul smell in their room. After complaining , they changed the room but in that room also there was smell, which was due to the sanitary problem (sewerage kickback). 2. Room service was extremely poor, I demanded a glass of milk for my kid and hotel staff answered that kitchen is closed. On complaining, they provided powdered milk to me. It took 3 phone reminders to get milk in my room. This was a common practice in the entire stay of 4 days. 3. Room cleaning service, I pressed the button for room clean service and it was not even noticed by any manager. Infact I called front desk to get my room clean and it took 2 hrs for cleaning team to come to my room and again 4 times phone call reminders were done to get my room cleaned. Although from next day it was bit improved. 4. During breakfast, there was so much rush and none of the managers were able to take care of it. People were taking the food into their plate and started tasting it over there only despite other people were waiting behind them creating chaos. 5. Front desk manager was trying to route to other staff members to ask for other facilities like for movie, bowling etc which was giving the feel of being treated like a govt. office. After which when we complained then managers were informed and I narrated the manager the entire pain of my stay. But they also could not resolve the issue. Only good thing which they could do was complementary movie, bowling and spa . 6. Wifi never worked. Cons were:- 1. quality of food and nice variety of food. 2. Spa manager Mr Naveen is very good person and provided great service. 3. Pool was beautiful and clean. Overall it was not value for money stay for me. Services were pathetic
