Perfect property for Destination wedding function. I was visit there for my brother marriage. The experience was nice. Good food ,good staff, well groomed staffing. It's a 90 rooms property on Delhi Jaipur Highway. Thankyou all Tivoli team to make a wonderful journey with you.

Recently we visited Tivoli Heritage Palace, firstly a warm welcome at the reception was very special for us. A well managed property with experienced staffs specially Dhasi Ram in housekeeping shows utmost dedication in his task. We stayed 3 days and enjoy all amenities available specially the view point near swimming pool attracts a lot. Room service was quite good and serve delicious food. Overall a perfect place for family & friends...must visited place. Thanku team Tivoli for such great moments...

To anyone thinking about choosing this place, please, take heed before you fall into the same trap we did. Our recent wedding ceremony turned into a nightmare due to the deceitful practices of this establishment. A week before our big day, we shockingly learned that our venue had been double-booked. Even though we paid the deposit and everything. Despite our objections, they callously insisted on us sharing the space with another party. The promises of exclusive entrances and clear boundaries were nothing more than a cruel joke. Throughout our event, guests from the other party invaded our space, taking photos and videos, leaving us utterly dismayed. The sheer laziness and lack of management were beyond belief. Numerous guests missed out on food during our nighttime ceremony, and despite repeated requests, basic amenities like heaters arrived late, leading to substantial food wastage. The Tivoli team's greed, booking multiple events without adequate staff, added immense stress to our wedding. This experience has been nothing short of a scam. I urge future customers to think twice and consider our unfortunate experience before trusting this establishment. The only silver lining was the decoration team, who, at least, kept their promises.

Worst property. Management have no experience in dealing with customers. Staffs are rude and have no gestures of talking. We had a poor experience while check in as they do wrong commitments. They will promise everything while taking your booking but after paying advance you will get a different picture. Avoid booking this property. Ms Payal is ill mannered, do not get convinced by her fake sales speech.

Beautiful property, we recently booked it for one of our family wedding function. Unfortunately one of the worst experiences of our life’s, they have hired such poor staff and the leader, he calls himself the GM of the place, Mr Deepak lamba, one of the most unmannered person I have ever met in my life. The first rule of hospitality is to have a smile on your face and serve there guests, but this guys team and specially there manager , Ms Payal- she doesn’t deserve to be a part of hospitality business, you know how we say- bs baitho Aur show bazi kro, kaam kuch mat kro. They tried there best to ruin our function from every angle and the worst part was when we were complained about food not getting served in our function, the waiters came to us and said sir dusra bada function chal ra h, waha serve kr re h. God knows how are they taking bookings and lying to there customers. We met Ms Sahiba there at the time of the booking and she was the only reason and big support why we booked this property, unfortunately she took transfer to a second property in between. If we would have known about Payal and Deepak lamba and there staff sooner, we would have never booked this property despite its perks. Would never recommend this property to any of my connections.
