booked it from goibibo. When i reached the location. There is no hotel by name oyo townhouse 076 Hebbal. i got confused and called the number available in the vochure. he asked the details of the booking and made me wait/ on hold for nearly 60 minutes telling he needs time to guide me. Hotel name is citrus the Receptionist asked me to pay extra money for the room. Reason they quoted is they were no where related to oyo , so it's our fault to book the hotel. So don't fall for this scam. Don't book the hotel through any online flatform . Goibibo should verify properly before listing it to public.

Royal cheating by OYO and the hotel .... I booked the room in oyo for 1200/- after reaching the hotel ...they say we dont have any tie up with oyo and asked us to pay 1800/- is this called betrayal and inthe middle of the night we have no option left .... OYO - Y THE HELL R U SHOWING A LESS PRICE WITHOUT EVEN TALKING TO THE HOTEL ....?? HOTEL - Y ARE YOU GIVING ACESS FOR OYO IF YOU DONT HAVE A TIEUP....?? ZERO PROFFESIONALISM & CHEATING ....
