Worst ever experience. This place doesn't even deserve 1 Star. Very Terrible experience at this hotel. Check-in was chaotic, unprofessional staff. Room was cramped, musty, and unclean. Bed sheet was also unclean. Noise level was unbearable due to thin walls in washrooms. Amenities were a joke - there was a water in caroom board, TV was also not in working condition. There is no electricity in a room for a whole night. Management was indifferent to concerns. Please please please avoid this disaster of a hotel at all costs.

Worst hotel and no supportive staff, Main door was of glass no privacy and swimming pool was not maintained it was just for sake and to tell customer additional we have swimming pool. Swimming pool was very dirty

Worst ever experience. These are crooked people. Don’t go by the fake pics ond what look like fraudulent reviews on agoda. The entire place stinks. Absolutely filthy. Dirty rooms. Unwashed Bed sheets with bad stains. You won’t feel like spending 15 minutes in the room, leave alone sleeping. And it’s not cheap. We had booked 3 rooms and paid up in advance. Didn’t have much choice to get a refund. Don’t want anyone else to be fooled by these cheats, hence posting this review. Book this at your own risk. Will Agoda take any action to delist these fraudsters and save it’s customers from these unscrupulous elements.
