Townhouse Royal Palms Shared Serviced Apartment

Absolute Nightmare at OYO Townhouse 808 Royal Palms. I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at OYO Townhouse 808 Royal Palms, and it was nothing short of a disaster. I feel compelled to share my horrendous encounter in the hopes that others will steer clear of this so-called "accommodation." Firstly, the furniture in the room was in such appalling condition that it made me question if it had been rescued from a junkyard. The worn-out, uncomfortable pieces were an eyesore and did nothing to contribute to any semblance of comfort. To add insult to injury, the rug on the floors appeared to have seen better days – not only was it burnt in multiple places, but it also emitted a distinct odor that permeated the entire room. Clearly, hygiene and cleanliness are not a priority for the management. The bathrooms were another low point in this disastrous stay. Unkempt and poorly maintained, it was evident that basic cleaning standards were ignored. The lack of amenities and the overall dismal condition of the facilities left me feeling disgusted. Moreover, the door cards provided to access the room were a constant source of frustration. They malfunctioned regularly, forcing me to endure a series of aggravating encounters with the unresponsive staff. Security should be a top priority for any accommodation, and OYO Townhouse 808 failed miserably in this regard. If the internal issues weren't enough, the roads leading to the property were an absolute nightmare. In the heart of Mumbai, one would expect a certain level of infrastructure, but the condition of the roads surrounding this OYO property was deplorable. Adding insult to injury, the property seems to fall into a bureaucratic black hole, as no government jurisdiction extends its protective arm over it.If you don't have your personal vehicle(2/4 Wheel) Uber/Auto will never go to that place after knowing the name because of the worst road. At night, the place is so silent into the woods, it will give chills. In conclusion, OYO Townhouse 808 Royal Palms is undoubtedly the worst property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at in Mumbai. From the dilapidated furniture to the burnt rug, malfunctioning door cards, and abysmal bathroom conditions, this place is a sheer disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and opt for a more reputable and well-maintained accommodation in the city. If it would have been maintained properly it would be the best 5-Star property. Didn't have to list under the wings of OYO. N.B. Anyone please don't go. The pictures that are mentioned in the page are not current.
