Have stayed there multiple times. It's one of the better properties in Zirakpur for an affordable stay. Pros- Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are also clean with premium sanitary although one shower had weak flow. Independent water heater. Adequate noise isolation which I have learnt to not take for granted. Staff is helpful and quick. Owner is friendly and eager to help. Cons- They didn't had toilet paper so provided tissues. Faced power cut one night so couldn't use TV, although rooms had lights with inverter backup. After staying for many days I can say that the small cons can be overlooked in favour of the pros. Definitely recommended for budget stays. Cheers.

Pathetic experience at The Trend Delmont . Upon check in the room didn't have any towels/soap/dental kit/water even though we booked prior. It was provided post request. Moreover used towels were kept in the washroom and closet. Breakfast was added to the room for which we have paid but the hotel was serving limited portions which they deemed sufficient for an individual. Upon check out the receptionist was forcing us to pay for dental kit and water which is supposed to be complimentary which we paid at the last. We requested for a late check out at 1 PM which the hotel agreed upon.After the overall experience we didn't wanted to stay longer hence we left by 10.30 AM. Worst ever experience.

Very moderate rooms ,close to airport. But no cleanliness, just okay for a night , but think twice if gng with your family. I wouldn’t prefer to stay again.
