If I could leave less I would. They lost themselves as a hotel with free airport pickup and drop off but it is impossible to arrange for the pickup by phone. When I arrived at the hotel (by my own expense) I was instantly told to pay. I paid then was taken to a room which was not the same as the one for which I paid. While I was asking them to move me to the correct room my partner noticed there was a bedbug in the bed and blood on the bedsheets. This was just the start. From that moment on we wanted to simply get a refund and move on but the hotel refused. The hotel staff refused to call their manager and refused to communicate with us beyond saying they will change the bedding. When I finally managed to take the number of their manager and called him myself he was rude and insulting. He simply swore down the phone at me and denied that the hotel was even on the website which I used to book the room. Ultimately my partner and I had to simply leave the hotel and are spending a night in the airport.

The hotel rooms are very small in size. Rooms were clean and the staff also helpful. About the location, it is in the city area. Roads are very crowded and there is no parking facility for cars more than 1. It is near the airport and the distance is 3-4 km.

We had an extremely unpleasant experience at our recent stay in first week of Dec 2023. On checking into the hotel, to our utter shock we found the toilet used and left unflushed by someone before we checked into the room and one of the two towels missing since ours was a twin occupancy booking. The hotel had only 2 people, one at the reception and the other one for random jobs....when the matter was reported to the person at reception and we asked for a change of room or a change or linen at least, since the room and the toilet was suspected to be used by someone given the tell tale signs, the staff at the reception was totally unapologetic and all he did was to send the other staff to flush the toilet...this totally pathetic response was extremely frustrating and appalling to say the least. Further On calling their call centre for registering our complaint, the agent also nonchalantly and as a matter of fact, said that the staff has now flushed the toilet , hence the problem stands solved. He did not heed to our request for change of linen/room by saying that neither was feeling or expressing regret at our shocking experience. This pathetic response and extremely poor service level from their staff was absolutely shocking to say the least.

Terrible rooms. They are 10feet by 10feet Bed size small enough to accommodate 2 kids. Reception staff understands only Tamil and no other language They served us breakfast directly to our room without informing us about the time Room air conditioning barely works at a set temperature only Loads of other problems for this FAB less hotel In short AVOID this place

Few days ago I booked this place for staying and my flight got cancelled just few minutes after I booked the hotel (Less than 5 minutes) . I requested the hotel immediately to cancel the booking so that I do not lose my money as my trip was cancelled. However these people kept me on hold and also told it was not their job to cancel and i must contact through goibibo. After more than 3 weeks of following with hotel and goibibo .Finally I lost my money for a trip I never made. These people are frauds in terms of money handling and are not capable of providing any services. It is very safe to say "stay away from this place"
