I recently had the pleasure of staying at your wonderful hotel, and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warm hospitality and genuine care. One thing that truly stood out was the kindness and understanding of the owner, Sam. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even accepting our request for a shortened 6-hour stay. This level of flexibility and individual attention is truly rare and deserves special mention. The hotel itself was fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the food was decent. However, there was one area that slightly detracted from our overall experience. During our departure, the staff member assigned to the hotel cab did not offer any assistance with our heavy luggage. This lack of courtesy and helpfulness felt slightly unpleasant, especially in light of the exceptional service we had received from everyone else, including Sam himself. Sam, I truly believe you are doing an incredible job running your hotel. Your dedication to providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere is evident in every detail. I hope that you will consider addressing this minor issue with the cab staff so that future guests can enjoy the same seamless and positive experience we had for the majority of our stay. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would still wholeheartedly recommend your hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Your personal touch and genuine care have made a lasting impression on us, and we wish you continued success in the future.
