We had a consistently enjoyable experience. The concierge team's promptness and on-time delivery of our requests were greatly appreciated. The staff, particularly the front office team, was consistently courteous and always available to assist us. The overall ambience was fantastic, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There were no significant issues to note.

I would highly suggest that nobody should book this hotel even if there is no other place os left. Worst sefvice and untidy rooms. Bed sheets were full of hairs and looked so dirty. They made us wait for 45 minutes in the name of room cleaning and even after that we got so dirty room. They did not served us complete breakfast saying "how much a person can eat?" We were 2 adults and 1 kid and were provided 1 bread omlette, 1 parantha and only 5 pooris. When we asked for sandwitch, they simply refused. It was the worst nightmare with treebo hotel. Even customer care refused to listen to us.

Hotel was very nice Me And My Faimly Was Stay There It Was Very Good Location Hotel Staff Is Very Good Services Is Very Fast Food Was Too Amazing If Anyone Wants To Book A Hotel In Shimla So Book Only Hotel Greenfield Regency
