Very disrespectful reception staff. Hard and impolite ever I have seen in entire travelling life. We have a vacant room but you have to wait. We booked OAK room but they provided Maple room with broken Shower(post informed also no actions taken), shower gel not provided stating that Treebo hasn't provided material to them. Towels are also dirty & provided when we asked lot of times. Wash basin was already broken & same has been informed to them but nothing happened. Breakfast included meaning to waste of money & time as they don't have capability to provide good options in breakfast. Coffee & Tea are SUCKS... Breakfast must avoid in this hotel or either don't book this hotel as this is actual SCAM hotel running in Treebo which ruin the treebo hotel brand & hospitality. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL EVEN IF IT'S YOUR LAST OPTION. STAY ON RAILWAT STATION THAT WILL BE SAFE, INSTEAD OF GOING INTO THIS HOTEL..😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Service Is beat slow as they don't having Towels for guests. They told us wait for 10 am. We have meeting at 10 AM but we could not reach for meeting.

Very disrespectful reception staff. Hard and impolite ever I have seen in my 25 year's entire travelling life. Ungracious behavior says your terrif is very low so can't give you room right now. We have a vacant room but you have to wait.
