I recently stayed at this property and found it to be a great value for money, particularly for those with work-related extended stays. The room rates are reasonable, making it a practical choice for longer-term accommodations. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. One noticeable aspect was the provision of bathroom amenities. For a more comfortable stay, these should be readily available without guests having to request them. It's a basic expectation that could enhance the overall guest experience. Another point of contention was the room service. While the staff is generally accommodating, there's room for improvement in terms of efficiency. On occasion, despite confirming orders over the phone, there were delays of up to 1-2 hours for simple requests such as water bottles. A more timely and responsive room service would significantly enhance the guest experience. In conclusion, this property serves as a cost-effective solution for those needing longer-term accommodations, especially for work-related stays. With some attention to detail regarding bathroom amenities and a more efficient room service, it has the potential to provide an even more comfortable and convenient experience for guests. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would recommend it to those seeking affordability and extended stay options in the area.

We stayed for 2 nights. Frankly for the price you pay the rooms arent that bad. There's parking for 4 vehicles and 2 wheelers and it's just 20m away from 27th cross which is full of eateries and stores. The problem we had was during checkout. I had booked directly thru treebo and paid 50% in advance to reserve with the understanding the balance will be paid at time of checkin. However, the reception didn't press us about it so we thought we will complete it anyway at checkout. On the day of checkout, I received a payment link on whatsapp saying this can fasttrack the checkout for a hassle free experience.I made the payment which I assumed was what they meant by checkout because why else would an automated link be sent? But to our surprise when we came down and was heading out again they asked for payment .I showed them the screenshot to confirm the payment went thru and yet the staff at the desk were unable to locate it. We wasted nearly 25 minutes waiting for them to check with their teams finally I shouted that we are getting late on account of their inability to trace a simple payment and left. Then these guys, both the receptionist and their call center started calling me asking to send the screenshot,they even asked me for my bank statement ! They could apparently only see my advance payment on their system and not the one I made that every morning. So I sent them both and still they were not able to find the latest payment o their system. Finally after 2.5 hours I got an apology as they located it and realized their system glitched. Honestly not my best experience at a treebo but if it's for short stays and overnights you can book. Coming to the breakfast fare you get boiled eggs, tea , jam , bread and upma/ cornflakes. On one of the days they made paranthas which were fresh. I stayed on the same floor as the kitchen so I can tell you it wasn't exactly all fresh and clean or packed away after the meal.
