This is a decent enough hotel in this area. If you want to spend 4 to 5 days in East Delhi, this is a decent place. Maintenance could have been better. Need to be careful with the receptionist as they may charge you extra for food and get you items out of the menu without transparent charges (happened with me). One of the receptionist was good enough to show me around all the rooms and I was able to pick and choose a room of my liking. Better to order food from outside. The food inside the hotel was too spicy and oily and really not worth the money... Only the complimentary breakfast was good. They had typically Paratha, sandwich, Pooha, idly, Vada, Dalia etc on rotating basis throughout the week. It was decent. Temper your expectations as this is a 3 star hotel at best and you'll be happy.

One of the best hotel I have ever visited.. Breakfast is awesome with varities of food items. But, room order of lunch and dinner food items are not so good having lots of oil and spices. Overall, best hotels for stay and roaming around Delhi. Nirman vihar metro station is there just in a few steps of walk, so it's easy to travel through metro to tourist places. Room cleanliness and room service is good enough. Staff members are polite. If room order food items will be upgraded then it will become best of the best hotels in Delhi.

BEWARE! ALERT! There is nothing good about this hotel. 1. Unfriendly and unwelcoming hotel staff - I was handed over the key at reception and was left to figure out where to go. The hotel staff were arguing against each other as no one wanted to help. When the matter was reported to the owner, he was busy counting cash than paying attention towards the guest. 2. Dirty, smelly and pigeon locker kind of rooms. 3. One room sounded like something indecent was going on inside. 4. The staff on property wanted me to leave, and they kept encouraging me to look at nearby places. 5. The owner did not take any interest in resolving issues. This place is outrightly doing something unethical that even the cab driver told me. He did mention that I made a good decision just not staying there....

Excellent! I was very happy to receive great service and value for money spent for my kid's 1st birthday party. The food was very good, excellent hospitality, nicely done up venue, centrally located and a great management team. Would like to thank a ton to Mr. Niraj Thakur from Mona Grand Management, who saw through the entire event till the end and was a tremendous support. Guests were very happy with the arrangement. Just the correct venue which I needed. Thanks a lot for this.
