Treebo Om Villa With Mountain View

Beautiful place. The caretakers were really warm and helpful. Excellent views and the property was in excellent condition with clean and spacious rooms. The staff was extremely cooperative and we enjoyed our stay to the full there. Would really recommend the resort for an awesome stay.

Few things to keep in mind 1. Om Villa, Mukhteshwar is an independent property, has a tie up with Treebo. 2. Hugh rooms with 3 glass french windows. Absolutlely peaceful and has amazing view of the mountains. 3. those from non cold regions, must know it's cold out there in winter. the hotel provides one small heater, not enough to tackle cold for big room, with 3 glass french windows. smaller room has even smaller heater. no bed warmers. while i was booking, had called Treebo cust care about heating in the room, was told there is AC heater and can keep up at 30 d to keep room warm. not true. they lied. though the owner, Sanjay, tried to help with one more heater and extra blankets, it does get cold in the night. 4. there is no TV, as mentioned on the Treebo website, atleast it was there when I did the booking..have a screen shot, that is a lie too 5. day to day is managed by Om Villa staff, who are friendly and helpful. Satish is very polite, affable and helpful. they cook up some amazing simple food. 6. access road to the property is extremely poor. if you do not have a vehicle, it's very difficult to go out. more than km of slopy dirt road one needs to negotiate. 7. the property is not disabled friendly. there is no elevator if you are on 1st floor, contrary to what is mentioned on Treebo website. 8. if you are on lower floor, you are constantly disturbed by upper floor noise, as the flooring of upper floor which is a ceiling of ground floor is wooden not RCC. so even people walking above can be heard below. Independently this property is okaish, but with Treebo association and it's cust care is pathetic. for all the lies, finally, treebo compensated by ₹2k for 7 days stay. By and large didn't work for me so much.
