Positives- Good stay, Nice Tidy rooms, Great Ambience, Wallet Parking available, Good Restaurant, Tasty Breakfast. Great Location. Good Staff. Mahogany rooms are good for Family stay of 4-1 or 3+1. Negatives- Hot water supply was having some issue when we stayed. Extra bedding blanket was very thin. Price can be little low.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 days, and definitely recommend this to everyone. Good value for your money, they are really putting a lot of effort to make your stay as nice as possible. Good location, near the lake.

Except for the restaurant there is nothing to cheer about this property. The rooms look like they are screaming for an upgrade. The air-conditioning sucks - no cooling and makes weird sounds, the TV has about 10 channels of which 6-7 are non-India/english, the bed makes creaking sound, there is no soap in the bathroom, which is not fully clean, the window opens to a decrepit, dirty structure, there is just one escalator for all the rooms, the list is endless. Oh, the restaurant does not allow you to bill the amount to your room, weird

I have been generous by giving 2 stars. The place lacks hygiene in rooms. The bedsheets were stained and looked as if they were already used. The washroom was all stained and we had to get our room changed, though the other room provided did not meet our expectations and was equally bad, the free breakfast was average with horrible service by a few of their staff. You have to eat and drink what is in the buffet, you cannot ask for anything different like tea. It was a real disappointment with the price we paid to stay.
