I would avoid this hotel. The staff are extremely rude. Despite having a booking, the staff refused to let us check in because we were international tourists. They kept asking us for Indian ID even though we told them repeatedly we were British and snowed them our passports. Then they asked us for ID from relatives in India. The receptionist shouted at us and, as two women, we felt extremely unsafe. They refused to refund us despite not letting us stay so I'm now having to chase this. Please beware and take all necessary precautions when booking this accommodation.

Extreme disappointment. I booked this hotel for my senior citizen parents. And there were treated so badly by staff Extremely rude staff and treated my parents like they are staying for free .. in the name of breakfast they served them half cup of tea and when asked for more bread and tea they made faces(like how much you want to eat) this staff treated my 64 year old dad and mom this way! They are lucky I was not present . Extremely ridiculous hotel . And treebo I am disappointed by you as well for partnering with such ridiculous inhumane people.

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences. Location is good but the Service is not acceptable. Unacceptable Hygiene issues, Toilets were not cleaned and there were leaking pipe all over the Bathroom. Rooms were not cleaned properly before we entered. Cannot expect to visit this place with Family. It is okay for individual travelers. Most of the issues highlighted to the staff were attended very casually and passed off as our mistake. Would not recommend the place due to severe Hygiene issues.

The hotel is at a good location. The rooms inside is made clean as possible. It seems like once it was a Oyo but now as treebo has funded it so it's made clean. It has a attached balcony with room that was the only good experience. Other than that hot water was not coming. Then when I booked the hotel while on call with treebo they promise for extended complimentary stay till 1PM as I had my train delayed. But the manager at Hotel requested continuosly two three time to check out otherwise they will charge.
