Rooms are good. Breakfast is provided in next door veg restaurant. It's a decent experience. Our room is spacious, as we selected Oak room. A quick suggestion, do not expect anything outside your room(just a decent stay above a bank). I liked the locality and pretty convenient for those who got a car.

Overall experience was good. Most important thing i would like to share is that the owner of the hotel himself takes care and ensure about the outstanding services. I just checked in on Tuesday check in and check out was good and as per hotel rules and regulations everything went on well. We had our travel back at late night and ask the owner to give a room for 1/2 an hr to get fresh up. He just asked us to pay 2000 for that. Such a mean person(the owner) if the hotel is full also I would have taken into consideration but the hotel had so many empty rooms too. I asked him that I will pay 500 to 1000,he was not ready for that .we were having senior citizens along with us. The other group staffs are soo good and very pleasant behaviour. So guys plz if you people are planning to check out on time and ask for the fresh up time in room kindly don’t take this hotel

I would highly request not to book this hotel. Typically I don't write reviews. But I was just frustrated with the kind of things I faced. Following are the issues I had to face during my stay. 1) After reaching to the hotel reception, I found that there is no one. Waited for 5 mins, no once came. Even after shouting couple of times, "Koi hai kya", no one was there. Finally after 10-15 mins a lady came. Next day morning 8 am I went there and this time also no one was there. I don't know how they are handling the service in the hotel, considering it was on a weekday. 2) After my arrival, I found out that the elevator was not operational that time. We had to take the stairs with an infant. 3) In the first 30 mins, there were 4 power cuts, sometimes it lasted for more than 5 mins. When I wanted to communicate this, I couldn't find someone. Power cuts also happened on the next day. 4) The parking they provide for the vehicle was in a swamp and is filled with big rats according to my driver. 5) I came to know from the driver that typically for all the hotels, they provide bathing & sleeping facilities to the driver. But here, there is none.

recently stayed at Treebo Punarnava Hotel for two days and I must say, it was worth every penny. The staff, especially the young man assisting me, was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home.The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The amenities provided were just what I needed, ensuring a hassle-free experience.Overall, I had a wonderful time at Treebo Punarnava Hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to fellow travelers. Looking forward to returning in the future!
