The worst hotel stay of my life. The room had bed bugs, they made me switch 4 different rooms and all had bed bugs and all this was happening at 12:30 at night. They practically had to move me to the adjoining hotel ( Bhagini) as they were not ready to give the refund also. They charged for water bottle . I stayed for 3 days and I received 2 bottles out of which i had to pay for 1 this doesn’t even happen in the cheapest hotels. The staff is rude and a staff member started fighting with me on bed bugs and said he is also a customer and not a staff member he actually lied and impersonated as a customer to me at 12:30 at night. They tried charging me for food as well which was included in my stay. It is the worst hotel and they should shut it down and learn some manners. Will come handy if they learn some hospitality since they are in hospitality business.

I have terrible experience in this hotel I stay in this hotel more then 10 days. At time of checkout on last day It is not acceptable that manager treat a guests in such a rude and disrespectful manner, particularly when they are trying to address an issue or concern. The fact that he was arguing with you and speaking in a loud voice is very concerning, as it creates a confrontational and uncomfortable environment for guests. Furthermore, it's unacceptable that hotel staff members would tell lies about laundry charges at the time of checkout, leaving you to pay for something you were not informed about. This is a clear breach of trust between the hotel and its guests, and it is unacceptable behavior. Overall, your experience at this hotel sounds very unpleasant, and it's understandable that you would feel frustrated and disappointed. As a guest, you should expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, and it's clear that this hotel failed to provide that level of service. It's important for hotels to take guest feedback seriously and make changes as needed to ensure that future guests have a more positive experience.

People who are working here are good at hospitality. Hygiene polite patient. They allow us to stay after check out too for a few hours but not in rooms in the general hall.

1) Room is nice. 2) AC and heater are in good condition. 3) They don't have kitchens. Buying from outside and serving to room. For chicken peppers fry , they charged 260 Rupees which is really too much. 4) Morning breakfast compliment is not fair. Allowed to select only one dish and coffee or tea . We have to wit for 30 minutes 😩 they have to get it from near by hotel - Sri Ganesh Satkara. 5) Service is quick and polite. 6) Room is really worth for the price 1200.
