the place is good the rooms are good but the room service is really bad. The way they are handling the towels are not good. The washrooms are not that clean the AC is or not turned on before the customer enters into it and the room is not clean before the customer isn't it the room is clean after the customer is in the room

Management is worst. They will are inefficient to run the hotel. Paid 2000rs per night carrying a life time lesson. 1) attitude is not at all service oriented even though the so called manager claims to have 9 years of experience. 2) process management : we where 27 rooms checked in from morning 7:00 we where begging them for water. They are like 5 min 5 min game they played and till 9:30 no water and i must say they played well. Conclusion: if you want to go to office or write exams etc, pls don't be a foolish customer like me who wish to go to his day job on time. This review I am posting whille I am still at hotel. So rest assured I mean every word.

It is left to the guests to take my observations or not to select Treebo trend sai nest hotel at vijaywada. The following are the sour points of the hotel: The room was not clean before we entered. It had very personal items of previous guest (used sanitary pads in bathroom, condoms in fridge) etc The room was not cleaned inspite of clear requests and the staff kept Disturbing us at odd hours in the name of cleaning We were made to Unnessarilly wait during check in although we had already booked the room. The reception staff were impolite and spoke harshly not only to me but to other guests too The staff did not assist for what ever requirements we had. Ex switching off AC in night and not turning it on The room was spacious and good but in total the attitude, negligence and noncooperative attitude of staff including not knowing any language other than telugu is very wrong. These are the stress and bad issues I faced. It is left to customers to decide upon themselves
