Let me start with the booking : I saw this property online and made a call to their call center which is associated to serve their group Hotels, so please expect non Malayalam speaking staffs, however the staffs are ready with all the informations to serve us better. The booking process were so convenient over the phone and later through WhatsApp. The rates offered by team were very competitive. As many of you have faced last minute changes it happened to me this time within the 24hrs of checkin. My booking was for 2 rooms for 1 day and guests reduced. I had to cancel 1 room, however I was happy to extend my stay for 2 days. Team was very helpful in making the last minute changes and without any additional charges. Room : The room allotted for me has AC bed room, hall, bathroom and a balcony. Wardrobe, minibar and work table in the hall, King size bed, TV and dressing mirror on bedroom. Washroom with hot water facility, handwash (team: please ensure that is full during checkin) and shower gel. Restaurant : I was told that Property does not have an attached restaurant so the food is served from their other property upon order. Complementary breakfast was available, but I didn't try that. In Hotel Customer service : Front desk staff Sandya was very helpful, provided information's about the routes to temples nearby restaurants, she had arranged the housekeeping for our stay back. House keeping staffs are also did their job well. Room was clean Overall happy with the service.

Nice place to stay near temple. Staffs were very cooperative . Especially Sandhya Madam was very kind and helpful . She was arranging everything for us with most patience . I think staffs like Sandhya Madam is a good asset for the hotel
