I had an amazing stay here. The view was superb, the rooms were clean and furniture was also good. The staff was really cooperative. I had enjoyed every single moment there.

We stayed there from the 23rd to the 26th of December 2023. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no room cleaning service, and they failed to provide glasses, plates, and spoons. Whenever I called the reception, Receptionist Ms. Rukmini was dishonest and told me there is no stock. I will not recommend anyone to stay there. They offered a complimentary breakfast, which was of poor quality, and they served expired bread, which is not at all acceptable. It's a waste of money! Please don't stay there! The manager is unprofessional !

Worst hotel I have ever been to, Deluxe rooms are having plumbing issues, no exhaust fan in bathrooms. Breakfasts are pathetic, not child friendly as they do not have restaurant inside. Service persons are not available around the clock and they are not at all service persons. Language barrier is another issue here. They enter the room with master key after customer leave for sight seeing without informing. Pathetic stay I must say, four nights horribly spent there.

Worst ever service. The ground staff are very cheap and worst behaviour. They did not inform anything about smoking.. they charged 500 without even informing us. Rukmini (Receptionist) and varun (Manager). I stayed with treebo hell lot of times and decided to never ever checkin here again. They are maintaining some low level business where everything looks very suspicious. Every new person keeps walking in 2min. Its more like an oyo rather than a treebo maintained hotel.. cant be more disgusting
