Receptionist is very rude. He does not know how to talk with customers. They are not providing any eminities. As i am corporate employee, my company booked this hotel for 20 persons. Even though my company paying good amount of money but hotel is not providing that kind of facilities even basic needs are not full fill over here. No buffet system. No toiletries. No extra hangers. No disposable sleepers. No TCM and so so so on.

Property is good, room is fine. Finding the property is challenging since there's no signage, and it appears like an ordinary house. Improvement is needed in the service aspect; I requested an iron, but it was not provided.

The place is okay to stay. It is neither exceptionally good nor it is bad for a short stay. It is a budget accomodation but the amenities provided in the room or the cleanliness of the room and the common areas is good. It is also close to the commercial area of Noida, sector - 18.
