0/10 Changed 3 rooms for water issues in the washroom. They bring parcels from outside and offer breakfast. Bedsheet/towels are not at all washed Bycott this place

I had a great experience and the staff are very friendly and well mannered, Special Thanks to Mr Bashit front office manager who was very cooperative and helpful. I Stay solo during my official visit one day in a week , felt like a homely stay. Very budget friendly hotel and very close proximity to many IT companies. I do not want to give a single star. Seeing the picture on Treebo I opted for this hotel to stay for 1 day to attend a wedding. It was a pathetic experience, don't book this hotel just by looking at the pictures uploaded. It is very dirty. Firstly, the reception area was stinking and then he made us wait for half an hour stating that they are cleaning the rooms. The rooms were not cleaned properly the bedsheets were not changed, found hair strands on the bedsheets. The entire premise was not clean. The food wastes were left on the corridor, and it wasn't cleaned for a day. Water bottle, dustbins, towels and door mats were not provided. Asked for 3 times but still they didn't send it across. They have only 1 cleaning boy to maintain the entire hotel. There is a safety issue from the balcony a person can jump from one room to another. We had to checkout early due to cleanliness & safety issues. All the good reviews are fake. The pictures uploaded on Treebo are of 2016. Do not trust the pictures posted on the Google or any other websites. It was a pathetic experience and more over they are charging high. No proper space for parking. DO NOT CHECK-IN THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY!
