Worst Hotel experience ever. Booked through treebo for 3 days with family for more than ₹12k. No parking space. Staff is very rude, owner is ill mannered. Didn't provided the complimentary breakfast included from treebo and instead charged me for it. TV was not working in room & room attendant told "nobody watches TV, so why you want to watch, we dont do recharge for TV". Stayed in several treebo partner hotels across India but this is the worst experience for my family. I dont recommend to book this hotel ever if you are looking for stay in Kolkata.

It was a beautiful stay here. The staff especially were always available, and assisted with any tasks I needed. The food was pretty good too. Prices reasonable. And they adjusted the ingredients / taste to my non-Indian palate. The rooms were quite good for the price. Especially the big windowed one of larger size.

Pathetic experience as hotel is not offering more than a litre water for a day. For thoothbrush need to pay additional ₹50 You will be auto degraded whether you paid for higher rooms. Never ever recommend anyone
