I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Treebo Trent Howell Suites in Bangalore, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable.
From the moment I arrived, the reception staff greeted me with warm smiles and made the check-in process a breeze. They were friendly, attentive, and provided all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions.

We went to stay there for a business trip. We stated there for 2 days and 2 nights. They gave a nice room. But we saw their staff removed the set top box of television at our check-in time. We have requested them to set it back. But they haven’t responded. At the time of the check in they said they will provide breakfast. But they didn’t even gave a tea or coffee 😞. What a pathetic suite. They charged 4600/- for 2 days for 2 people .

No recommendation! Dirty rooms, rude staff, smoking inside the rooms...
Unfortunately, I was not very happy with the hotel - the rooms are very dirty, the staff is very unfriendly, the wifi doesn't work most of the time, we did not have a window and the rooms smell like smoke, since the workers allow the guests to smoke inside the rooms. Also the towels and sheets were dirty and there were black/yellow stains on them.
When we arrived, we firstly got another room on second floor, but it hasn't been cleaned from the guests before us. After insisting to change rooms, we got a room on first floor, next to the reception. It was very loud, we could hear every phone ring and talks from the reception and therefore we could not sleep well. It was dark room without any view, fresh air or daylight at all. I have pictures of old cigarette buts in the room and from the 'window'.
Also, we asked for a late check-out (we would pay for it, obviously) for the next day since our plane was leaving in the evening. If no late check-out is possible, we would like to store our luggage here and pick it up in the afternoon. At every hotel we stayed in India, it was a very normal service. But the reception from Treebo would not help us, he was even very rude and not helping at all. Also the workers were very unprofessional, we could not pay by card and when we tried to pay cash, the receptionist had 'no change', so we had to pay too much and we only got our money back when we asked for it a few days later. He was very annoyed to give us back the money he owed us.
Overall: very bad experience. I would not recommend this location, it's not worth the price! Even single star also not suitable for them....

Let's start with the WiFi. As a frequent traveler who relies heavily on a stable and fast internet connection, I was delighted to find that exceeded my expectations in this regard. The WiFi signal was strong throughout the premises, including my room, the lobby, and even by the pool. Whether I was catching up on work, streaming my favorite shows, or video chatting with my family, the connection remained consistent and speedy. Kudos to the hotel for providing such reliable and efficient WiFi!
Moving on to the room cleaning services, I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail demonstrated by the housekeeping staff. Every day, my room was impeccably cleaned and tidied up. The linens were fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall presentation was truly remarkable. I appreciate the effort put into maintaining such high standards of cleanliness, especially during these times when hygiene is of utmost importance. It definitely made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay.
Lastly, but certainly not least, the staff at were simply outstanding. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The reception staff Najim was professional, efficient, and always ready to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The hotel's commitment to exceptional customer service was evident in every interaction I had during my stay. Rest of the staffs went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Their attentiveness and personalized approach truly made me feel valued as a guest.
Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of excellent WiFi, impeccable room cleaning services, and the remarkable staff made it a standout experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and seeking a comfortable and memorable stay. I cannot wait to return and enjoy their hospitality once again!
