We had an amazing stay at Treebo Trend Misty Garden Resort. Staff were very accommodative and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Food was amazing and authentic. Jeep trekking experience is a must to try and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Even thought the resort location is little out of city, we found it’s perfect to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and staff will organise transport wherever needed. Highly recommended.

One of the fabulous memorable moments we spend at this hotel. Hospitality staff food location ambience everything is epic. I would really recommend this place to make memories. We can have pool access with songs we like . I stayed at premium room and recommend to opt same where you can have 180 degrees view. Excellent stay thank you staff for all the help and support.

My recent stay at Misty Garden Resort in Munnar was a regrettable experience, falling far short of the expected standards. The ambience lacked the tranquility and aesthetic appeal one anticipates in such a picturesque location. Regrettably, the service provided during my stay was subpar, with disinterested and unresponsive staff failing to meet the standard of hospitality expected in a resort setting. This lack of attentiveness significantly impacted the overall quality of my stay. The restaurant, touted as a feature of the resort, was a major letdown. The dining experience was below average, with culinary offerings not meeting expected standards. Additionally, the restaurant staff exhibited a level of arrogance that marred any semblance of a pleasant dining atmosphere. Adding to the disappointment was the unjustifiably high pricing. The accommodation cost of approximately 21k for three family members was disproportionate to the overall experience. The advertised pool, a supposed highlight according to the itinerary, turned out to be disappointingly small and lacking the promised features. Moreover, the overuse of chlorine in the pool water caused itching, a salty taste, and discomfort in the eyes, making the pool experience far from enjoyable. This pricing misalignment, coupled with the underwhelming pool facilities and the discomfort caused by the excessive use of chlorine, raises serious concerns about the overall value proposition at Misty Garden Resort. My experience was unparalleled in my extensive travels, and I sincerely hope that Misty Garden Resort addresses these issues to ensure a more positive experience for future patrons. Prospective guests should be cautious about the disparity between the cost of accommodation and the actual amenities provided, especially when compared to other options in the area offering better value for money.
