I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel, and I can confidently say that the owner and their staff provide the best services in town. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, personally checking in on me and addressing any needs I had. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, with all the amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in the room decor and cleanliness was outstanding. The hotel's restaurant served some of the most delicious meals I've ever had, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout my dining experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the owner's dedication to making guests feel at home. Their passion for hospitality is evident in every aspect of the hotel, and it's clear they take great pride in providing top-notch service. We had a stay for 3 days and felt like our home.beautiful hotel situated in nature's lap.surrounded by lush green trees. Beautiful scenery from balcony enjoyed with family. The owners are very friendly and with full of hospitality and excellent nature made our trip a memorable one.excellent food breakfast and dinner. We highly recommend for a comfortable stay and enjoyment. Excellent location .

We had an amazing stay at Shubham Nature Villa. The place was clean with an amazing view from balcony and window. The host Mr. Sundaram ensured that the stay was as comfortable as possible. He and his wife were very polite and super helpful, easy to communicate and provide good advice for the sightseeing. Most importantly, they provide good home cooked food for breakfast and dinner and are very accommodating to different requests. Overall excellent hospitality.

We had a pathetic experience, the hotel do not have backup … we stayed there for 2 nights and electricity plus water supply was out for almost 12 hrs every day. Manager behaviour was distressing, we literally struggled for good food over our complete stay. They don’t even know how to make tea, what else you would expect then. Plus even basics were not available like tea/coffee bags etc. Property is good but that alone won’t serve the purpose. Please do not consider this place in case you want to have a decent vacation. As I mentioned, biggest problem was the attitude of Manager who is not ready to accept anything and will keep giving lessons to you as you can see in his response..

I just had a lovely stay here. The location is just perfect with value view. The food is so tasty just like home cooked food. The hosts are really nice. Here you feel just like home. Talking about the room service, it’s really great. So many places to explore nearby like Shoghi waterfall, village walk, Shimla mallroad, kufri and much more. Just had an amazing stay here.
