Staffs are very helpful polite nature and distance is not far away from mall road restaurants are close to the hotels . Rooms are also clean . Inshort the Best❤️

The rooms are really hygienic we booked two rooms for 7 of us. The hotel is just near to mall road so its on higher altitude region people who hate healthy walkings should avoid, staff is quick on responses with a polite speaking manager who is helpful with all service updates and transportation and sight seeing helps, must stay property as per budget below 3000 per night rooms are with complete amenities will come back again thank you for the homely experience

We booked this hotel through a travel agency....Rooms are very congested and not well maintained. Very dirty. Bathrooms are not clean, even the flush in their bathroom doesn't work. Bathrooms are smelly. We book two rooms for 7 persons and they provided us two rooms but for 6 persons. And after that they didn't even try to fix their inconvenience. They didn't even apologized and when we checked out they charged extra 10k even when we gave all the charges to the travel agency previously. They have ony one boy as a staff and one dumb manager who doesn't even know how to talk to a guest, he is very rude and usually drunk. And the hotel owner is a lady i guess who behave like she doesn't notice any guest who is even standing infront of her... She doesn't talk to the guest directly even when we are standing near her. She talks to the dumb manager and then ask him to talk to us. Very pathetic experience. I will never recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, once in 2021 and once in 2023. Rooms are okay. The staffs are very friendly. It is very close to Darjeeling Mall Road (Merely a minute walk) The only issue I find is with senior citizens accessibility to the hotel due to steep ascent to reach the place from Clock Tower. If you are travelling with someone who has problem walking on steep ascent, please avoid all hotels in this particular road. Else, it will be my go to budget stay in Darjeeling.
