One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. The diverse menu offered a range of options to suit various tastes, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal I had there. The restaurant staff was attentive and provided excellent service, making each dining experience memorable.

not suitable for family...its turns out to be a hookah bar at night..loud music..but i'll give 5 star for the view from my room(we changed our after checkin)..room without window was stinky..it is definitely not good for families..treebo should take care.

We had very bad experience regarding the food quality and late services, and I don't think so it's a family restaurant cause everyone having hukka n all in the restaurant... I feel very bad when my mother ask to the staff please open the window for fresh air ,! BTW all staff very busy with their mobile 📲

Reference to my earlier review comment dated 01st April 2023 whereas Hotel Owner has replied to take care during next visit. I would request Owner to please answer that where were you when I was seeking quality services (which you had promised before check-in) during my stay. I had been trying to contact Owner all throughout my stay but staff also mentioned that he is unreachable. Genuine request to Treebo team (if my review is seen/commented by them), you need to seriously reconsider the association with the Winterland hotel as it is more of a midnight party place rather than a comfortable stay option for family.
