Can't rate negatively, would have given a negative 100. Possibly the worst place to stay in Dehradun. We had booked two rooms, and were given 104 and 105. - We checked into room 104. The room had cockroaches everywhere, on the floor, on the walls and even on the bed. - The ventilation in the room was very poor. - After complaint we were shifted to room 103, which as per there escalation team was an upgrade. Which by far is not true as all the rooms in this hotel are same. - Now in 103 which is a smaller as compared to 104 there were atleast no cockroaches, but yes there were webs. - To top it there was current in the water from the geyser in the bathroom. - Made an escalation and according to the hotel management, this was fine because there is some earthing issue and we should take shower wearing our sleepers. - Room 105 had the same issue of current in bathroom water and few cockroaches running around. Well there was nothing the hotel staff is able to do and since we were on a tight schedule, we just managed to survive. A friendly advice run as far as you could from this hotel

The hotel's complimentary bike rental service allowed me to explore the city's bike-friendly paths and neighborhoods.. The hotel's on-site barista crafted delicious and expertly made coffees, starting my mornings off on the right foot.

The rooms were okay, the bedsheet, pillow and towel had marks and was not completed clean. Voices from other rooms can be heard. But according to price the rooms were good. Breakfast and other food was very good. Services were good as well.

This place gives you the opportunity to heal your inner self with the silence, awesome service and tasty food served by the restaurant. The staff is very cooperative and are always on their toes to serve us. The infrastructure is clean and tidy. Most importantly, the washrooms are very well sanitised. The hotel also provides a variety of dishes to choose from both non veg and veg. A must visit place for stay while coming to dehradun.
