Me and Family stayed at the chail villas for 2 nights and 3 days. We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The entire experience was amazing. The ambiance was enchanting and every aspect exceeded our expectations. The staff esp. Bhuma ji went above and beyond. His exceptional service and genuine care added an unforgettable touch to our experience. Grateful for your hospitality bhuma ji. Can't wait to be back next time. Highly recommended.

The rooms at this resort are amazing. The service by this staff member was amazing we stayed there for 3 days 2 nights and that one staff member made our stay wonderful and remembering. I highly recommend this resort

The stay was awesome. I would like to thank Mr Gujjar for arranging the room at very short notice. The hospitality extented towards us by the staff was really good. It was a superb experience staying in Tree House Chail Vilas. The most extraordinary thing about the hotel is staff for sure. Super polite and always ready to help. Inder, Shubham and esp Pawan Sharma (GM) were always happy to serve with a smile. Manish, Jeevan and our fav Bhoomi ji (hope I’m getting the name right) whom we fondly called uncle were like a father figure. He was always around the kids and ensured that they ate properly. Overall, an excellent stay.
