WORST HOTEL EVER, Not safe at all. 1000 rupees per day Hotels are much much better than this one. The hotel staff entered our room in our absence. They went through our stuff and moved furniture out of the room. We complained but nobody took responsibility. We even called the police but no action was taken. THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE ESPECIALLY FOR GIRLS. The hotel manager was drunk and irresponsible. He was rude and arrogant and did not take any responsibility for his actions. On top of that, no inclusive breakfast/dinner was served, rooms were not prepared, the bathroom had overflowed, room lock was broken and THERE WERE MICE IN THE ROOM. WORST EXPERIENCE, NOT WORTH A SINGLE PENNY.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable visit.

I recently staying at the Treehouse London Street hotel, and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, my room had several issues. The flush in the bathroom was faulty, which was a major inconvenience. Moreover, there was a consistent problem that hot water was not coming , making it impossible to take a comfortable shower. The bed in my room was also broken, causing discomfort and disrupting my sleep. What frustrated me the most was the hotel's apparent indifference to these problems. Despite reporting these issues to the front desk, there was no effort made to resolve them promptly & rude behaviour by staff. It felt like they were not concerned about the guests' comfort or satisfaction. Adding insult to injury, the rates at the Treehouse London Street hotel were exorbitant for the level of service and quality of accommodations provided. I expected a lot more for the price I paid, and this experience left me deeply dissatisfied. In summary, I would strongly advise against staying at the Treehouse London Street hotel. The combination of poor service, multiple room issues, and high rates make it an unacceptable choice for any traveler seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I am grateful to you and your team for the extraordinary service. Recently stayed here during our school trip. It was wonderful experience staying at your hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Food was amazing. Fantastic chef. Special gratitude to one of the hotel employ Mr.Krish he was very humble and polite with all of us. He made the trip superb by arranging DJ night for students. I appreciate your help so much. THANK YOU!!
