Self had made booking with Truliv for stay at Villa Cabana on 10 June 2023 (check in) & 11 June 2023 (check out). We had staycation plan to get a relief from the heat; but our stay experience at your property turned out to be unpleasant one. Problems encountered: Ground floor bedroom AC was not working and nor was the AC in the living area. Living area lights (led ceiling) were flickering throughout the night. Microwave was not working and dinner had to be thrown away as we could not warm the same for dining. No napkins or paper tissues were available. While going to sleep at midnight found no bedsheets were available for the extra beds and were locked inside the bedroom wardrobes. I had to put up with a sorry face in front of guests of mine.

The place was absolutely brilliant. We went there for our school reunion. The location and the service was really good. Kathiresan who is the manager was courteous. The caretaker Muthu was super helpful. On the whole we all had a great time.

Nice property but very badly maintained. They don’t even have the basic facility of tea/coffee , kettles in the room and nowhere else. The bathrooms are pathetic with cobwebs and the washbasin taps are real funny. The water falls on the side instead of into the bowl ! The care taker Muthu is drunk in the evenings and is of no help. Avoid. Lots of better places are available at this price.

Been there for a weekend stay. Quite a good experience to have the entire villa for our family with its own pros and cons respectively Pros The property is located so close to beach that makes it convenient for elders who like to walk to beach. The helper Muthu and his wife are very hospitable always willing to help. The rooms are maintained neatly we had no complaint on its cleanliness. Free wifi with smart tv is a good way to entertain. The process of booking was simple. I had a sudden scenario of not being able to make it to property on the date I booked, so I requested cancellation over their team . Mamtha was handling my calls, she was helping out in a best way sometimes patient sometime unable to help as well. So I had to make it to the property by leaving one of our family members. Yet this is not their fault as i understand from business view, but i expect more humbling experience from their team trying to understand our unexpected scenario. The pool is neatly maintained, no irritation of the water on skin. Accessible at all times during the stay which is an advantage over any resort stay which is time bound. Kitchen cutlery and basic cooking vessels are available. Neatly maintained . You can order food online from any app. Cons The property really needs a pest control system. Ants every where at kitchen, play area for kids couldn't be used. We even had lizards at a room. No gas stove, one induction for four room family is way hard to handle and time consuming. One of the rooms cupboard Are closed for having their linen stocke up is causing inconvenience for people using that room. They ideally should have some other place for it. The helper is the security himself. This is not much safe in any endangering scenario. And being priced at 30k by 31/1/23 is way too higher since we have to manage our food expense. This almost feels like staying at a 5star resort yet not that much standard and no breakfast complimentary. Ideally 20k should be good. I suggest they work on the cons so that it may add value to their services. We did had a great time. Looking forward for more from you guys
