A budget friendly hotel 👍🏻 Days of staying - 2 days 👍🏻Likes- 1. Rooms are kept clean and tidy with enough space 2. The hotel is quiet and peaceful 3. It is located in the main city and spot. 4. The food is prepared like a home cooked that has no side effect. 5. The behaviour and treatment of the service is OKAY. 👎🏻Dislikes- 1. The parking area is small and congested as well as the area around the hotel. 2. Only rooms and reception area is cleaned but other areas such as corridors , stairs etc are kept dirty. 3. The buffet breakfast is not kept warm and hot for a long time soo the people who come late gets cold food. 4. No service guys available during breakfast time in order to ask for need of something. 5. Saw some service guys sitting leisurely in the stairs and playing video games in front of the customers instead of doing some work. 6. Though the rooms are kept clean and tidy but few of the essential things which are needed are not present. 7. The WI-FI in the room don’t work.( in my case) 8. The menu and price ratings are affordable but they only provide some specific food items and not all of them. ( I.e they don’t cook every food item which is there in the menu).

We were checked in on arrival (5 pm on 08Jul23)by Mr. Shahaji who was extremely rude and argumentative. It was an upsetting experience and I do hope the ownership will take note of Shahaji's terrible behaviour.

The overall experience was really bad. It's located in a congested area. The roads were really not neat and clean. The room was not really good. Not worth 2500 a day. I stayed for 4 days. Here is my experience. 1. The lift was not working for 2 days and I stayed on the 5th floor. Think about it. 2. No toiletry kit in the rest room. 3. There is no concept of cleaning the room on a daily basis. 4. Before entering the room you need to make 100% advance money for the stay. 5. There is a restaurant. Whether you order from room or dine in in the restaurant, you need to order online and make a payment. Then only you will get the food. That too you need to wait for more than 30 mins. Doesn't matter what you order. Their minimum time for making you wait is 30 mins. 6. Even in a basic home stay or in service apartment you get a water bottle free of cost. Here you have to literally ask twice or thrice. Then only it will be given. My overall experience was so bad. I won't suggest anyone....

Had a really bad experience during my stay at this hotel. Staff was very rude. Multiple shortfalls in terms of non-availability of AC remote, fan functioning, lights not working and most importantly dustbin trash wasn't cleared before check-in. On informing about the same, the staff's response was the guest need to request for any such thing atleast 4 times for them to consider it. Not at all recommend. No Covid Appropriate Behavior adopted as well (no masks, no gloves, no sanitizers)
