Overall good experience. Rooms are neat and tidy, location is prime. Service is good. There infinity pool at the rooftop , very clean and amazing view. Breakfast food could taste a little bit better. Thank-you for having us!

Clean rooms, courteous staff and the in-house restaurant are very good. If you're looking for a comfortable stay that's also easy on your pockets, look no further - Tulip Arena is the best hotel in and around this vicinity.

A good hotel, close to International tennis stadium in Raipur. Rooms are large and spaceous. The restaurant staff is courteous. I asked for a fresh tea with Mr. Umesh and they gave it to me promptly. I ate lunch and breakfast and food in good. A good hotel overall.

Tulip Arena which used to be my favourite choice till the Relationship Manager Mr.Nishant was there as there was somebody to listen and provide resolution asap even for small issues...but now even if the issues are serious during stay there is nobody to care or listen including the reception, GMs and other management staff. This is since the change in people and may be the upper management due to which they are not providing you the things they promise or show up in their so called promotions...Had been a regular customer for almost a year but writing this out of frustration as this is my last visit here.
