Location is quite remote. Resort area is very big. Swimming pool is good. Nothing nearby in case of any emergency or anyone wants to go out for dinner somewhere else. Food is average. Not much variety in buffet option. Stay Not value for money compared to the tariff. We did not receive any complimentary goodies which were mentioned in their website.

Huge property. Nice rooms. Large swimming pool. Decent food. Ample of open space to walk/cycle around. However, not many activities to do. Indoor play area is very small and ill equipped. Even the horse ride which was supposedly complimentary for kids, was made chargeable.

The rooms are spacious The food is average Lots of open spaces Good fun if u r in a big group. Would suggest them to keep some activities for the evenings, like a hi tea near the river or live music 🎶 at night or karaoke 🎤 Overall had a great stay. Pleasant, relaxing and quiet. Did kayaking too.

Do not go here!!! Due to card issues they made me pay twice. I was driven to the local town to withdraw cash as the payment transfer didn’t reach them before my stay ended, and they wouldn’t let me check out before having the full payment. They promised me to re-transfer the online payment once it reached their account and ended up sending me an official email stating so, however they never did!!!! I’ve now payed double for my stay and they are not replying to me. I managed to get the managers phone number, but after speaking to me a couple of times he’s now blocked my number. Do not recommend this resort in any way.

Go here if you want to spend a sad and dull vacation. Now, I am going to get a response on this review from the Hotel team saying they are a well established chain and bla bla bla...but if they are really serious on making this place work they should focus on the feedback given. My friend had booked two rooms as we were two families with kids. PROS : The property is green and have golf carts for internal transportation. Rooms are big spacious.They have good collection of children story books. CONS: Rooms were not cleaned. Had hair strands all over. Constant weird smell in the bathroom. No floor mat, face towels or a set of tooth brush, tooth paste was provided. Property has a huge lawn but no benches for sitting, it is dim lit in the evening, riverside is not clean. Food is poor as all of us got stomach bug the same evening. Indoor gaming is boring with just 2 carrom boards, 1 TT table and a pool. Outdoor gaming is where we were most disappointed, every game was for kids above 15 Years so what do the kids below that age group should do in this resort is a big question. No evening entertainment like housie or magic show. Above all, you don't hear music at all anywhere, neither in the restaurant nor in the reception. Now, the Staff - Never ever we have encountered with such a mannerless, rude and untrained staff. We found two to three people who were really smiling and made us feel welcomed. We even gave them positive feedback. Otherwise no one cares, no one bothers. So, overall a boring experience! Would not recommend.
