Great resort. Great employees. Good food. Amazing view. Mind it requires about 200-300 meters of walking to reach. If you are travelling with elderly, keep that in mind. We stayed one night each in Mayfair and this place. Had to say this place outperformed our expectations significantly and is much much better than the other

Around 170 steps down from the mall besides Golden tips tea shop. The road is narrow and not properly lit and also the condition is dilapidated. You also have an option to directly reach mall in 120 step with a stair case but the 1st few steps may be bit slippery due to presence of water tap. This is a pure veg restaurant with great food and good breakfast buffet. Very good valley View and good garden accessible from ground floor and North side room may have a limited view to Kanchenjunga.

Beautiful location, great room. Even though we couldn't grab ourselves the attic room, the premium room was equally beautiful with great views. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Best part of the hotel is the garden sitting area that offers 180° valley view. Food was a little overpriced but given the great location of the hotel, one can definitely go to nearby famous restaurants for food. Overall it was a splendid experience with quality staffs the Mr. Nitesh Lama. Loved our stay here.

Stayed at this place with my wife for 2 Nights. Privileged enough to stay at Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and services. I would like to compliment your entire staff for being so professional. With smile on their faces, they have been really very impressive in their service specially Nitesh Lama. For Me he is USP of the Property. I really enjoyed our stay see you soon everyone...
