Very Hospitable staff. Good Food. Need to work in the cleanliness of washroom, where there were many flies. It won't give you luxurious vibe of a 5 star hotel, but still given the population and size of the town this Hotel doesn't disappoint you and try to provide maximum number of services possible. Location of the Hotel is Great and you could reach the shores of Teesta River and Waterfall within walking distance. Overall a nice experience given that we stayed 2700 meters above sea level, where roads connectivity is not that great thus less resources are available in the little town of Lachung.We also had the wonderful opportunity to meet the owner of the , who is a retired Lieutenant. He was a vey warm and sweet person.Thus it is a good place to stay if you would plan to visit Lachung one day.

This is one of the best hotel with a good view and great staff. Hospitality here is really amazing and food is just an awesome experience.

The food there in my experience of break fast they used to cook the bhaji of puribhaji, one night before and they all staff used to have it with rice , the rest that same stale bhaji of potato they were serving at morning.. because of which I used to have bloating and acidity. Also the poha was stale. We have stayed in Tashiling residency gangtok, summit lachen, and Ramada gangtok. No where I had faced such problem about the food. I am a homemaker, I cook daily food at my home and can make out the quality of freshly cooked and the stale ones. Long story short the food is not good. Rest all service is OK. Not great. Owners you need to hire some professional and ur staff have lenient attitude. And Hello we have stayed so I am sharing this experience we have shared our Adhar card id already in our stay. Had a very mixed experience. rooms are quite good and spacious but not worth more than 3 k .had booked along with breakfast for 1 night but they were very reluctant to provide food as discussed.they don’t have any options as promised. Charged 500 for room heater at night but they cut the power supply of one phase after 1 am .bathroom geyser was also not working in the morning with 4 degree temp outside.. Over all it was not a very pleasant stay.would recommend other properties in Lachung like Rufinas and delight .

Unable to locate the place as on outside no name. Bringing the vehicle to the main area is steep and no space for more than 2. Checkout time is strictly observed. Normally most would prefer with breakfast, and dinner but if you are looking for food is very difficult to get decent one. Food is 100% veg. Jain they will make if informed. Food taste was good but limited choice. Also a la carte available. Rooms have e no heater and they charge for same 500/n. No hairdryer.
