Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding the presence of mosquitoes in my room. Despite taking necessary precautions, I woke up to find my face significantly swollen due to multiple mosquito bites. This not only disrupted my sleep but also caused discomfort throughout my stay. Lack of.food choices at breakfast and this was a fully vegetarian hotel which was not mentioned anywhere prior to booking. Big let down with variety. Additionally, I would like to address a technical problem in the room. The TV remote provided was not functioning properly, making it challenging to use initially. No communications from the hotel after 3 weeks of complaint.

Right off the road, nice rooms with wonderful amenities. Impeccable service and just all around a great experience. For the price, you'll be challenged to find something better. If you are planning wedding, I would need a whole chapter to explain all the reasons to go to this place. Let's just say they have all the space, the amazing staff and everything you need to have a successful and memorable event. Point of fact, it seems they cater specifically to those type of events.

Went to celebrate friend’s birthday. The property is new and impressive. Common area and restaurant were found clean. Food taste was average. Service was not so good. Mixed vegetables dish was not cooked properly. Soup was cold and butter milk was not cold. One of the ordered dish did not arrive meanwhile everyone finished lunch.overall not a satisfactory experience with food and service.

On Diwali we went to Gulmohar restaurant for a long awaited family dinner, the food was good and the hospitality which we received from the service staff was good too.The server serving us was taking care of us very nicely. Top of it the warm and smiling welcome 🤗 which we received from Ms.Madhusmita made our dinner a memorable. I just wanted to thank Radisson management for keeping their staff happy , that is why they are taking care of us very nicely. Thanks and regards keep it up 👍
