I'm going to begin by praising the staff who were really on-point. For example, when we arrived I was limping & in discomfort. Their response was to change our room from our booked one to the one closest to the lift so it was easier for me to get around. Everyone from security to waiting staff were friendly & welcoming. The room itself was clean, spacious & comfortable; as were the bed & pillows. The pool area is so nicely chilled out and the food/drink is excellent & fairly priced too. Thank you to everyone at the UDAY & we'll see you again next year.

I want to thank the entire team there for the exceptional service offered during my family dine in at your restaurant. The combination of the beautiful ambience, delectable food, and attentive service truly made for an unforgettable evening. I will definitely be recommending your restaurant to my friends, family, and colleagues, as I am confident they will have an equally remarkable dining experience.

Decent size rooms with a fairly big, shallow pool. Did not stay at the facility as we were having a day gathering. But we had a room for convenience. Enough parking, courteous staff. Good food.

This is a very good place to stay while travelling with family & kids. We had a pleasant stay. The hotel staff members were very nice and polite overall. The breakfast buffet spread was good and delicious. The Shangumugham beach is at just 5 mins walking distance from the hotel. The place is located near to the airport and not far the city and yet you get a vibe of staying in a remote resort in forest which is nice. I was much impressed with the balcony hanging garden kind of architecture of the place. We certainly look forward to staying in this place next time while traveling to Thiruvananthapuram.

The hotel was nice in terms of location (proximity to airport while still being quiet) and the room being nice. Also a nice activity room with decent-ish gym. However, the food was a let down. It seems to have been geared for overseas clientele, meaning all flavours are dialled down a lot. When we ordered from the a la carte menu on day 1, our order was greatly misinterpreted and everything we got was either not in stock or wrongly served. Bearing in mind we are vegan, this did not leave us with much choice at all. Even the general Indian food was not great, and we are of Indian descent ourselves. The pool is ok, but the poolside bar rarely had someone serving. Very long wait times for drinks there. In all, not worth the high price despite the awards claimed to have been won. Room was good, but services were a bit lacking for the price we paid.
