Valley View Hotel & Restaurant

This is with reference to the two rooms booked by us on 13th Aug. We were looking forward to spending quality time there but somehow God willed otherwise. We were stuck up in an unprecedented jam due to the procession of Kanwarias and were extremely tired when we requested for the cancellation of booking as there was no possibility whatsoever of making up to the hotel. We do hope that you can visualize the frustration which we had undergone and looking towards the current situation of Uttarakhand it was not safe for girls to arrive. Today is another day and we are extremely calm at the time of writing this message. We will be highly grateful if you would kindly consider refunding the amount as we all belong to the middle class and are from decent family. This was the pocket money given to us by our parents. We do hope that you will consider our request for refunding our deposit in full . We do hope that you will consider our request favorably for refund. We had booked rooms 1 hour before and you charged us double the amount which was Rs 4000 per room and had been calling girls and pressurizing to pay full amount . Although we already paid 5000 Rs and you gave our rooms to somebody else despite knowing our situation was not possible to come. When we asked are the roads comfortable you said all is clear and taken amount without returning half of same although you promised on whats app to give back if your rooms get booked. So is the behavior of the hotel to show customer centricity How can girls drive when complete jam was there for 4 hours Unfortunately we had to come back to DElhi Because of your unethical behaviour you are loosing more business as no one would recommend Hotel where Customer centricity is not seen. Your are asking girls to drive and reached Mussorie by midnight where landslide rains and kanwaris jam is there. Moreover you promised to return money as we cancel within an hour, had taken our account no and later saying I wont pay despite both room got utilize later. Owner did not respond and as promised on whats app have not even return half amount
