The property had potential, but regrettably, it appeared to lack proper maintenance. For rooms some areas, like behind the curtains, had accumulated dust and spider web, and the rooms overall seemed to need better upkeep. The food was of a basic standard, breakfast need more options. Staff was polite and accommodating when it came to individual requests. However, continually requesting things and changes can be frustrating, especially when you've paid a significant amount for your stay. You can engage in badminton and cycling. However, the indoor games, such as table tennis and foosball, were in poor condition and appeared to be more for decoration than for practical use. Carom and ludo were okay. state of the common toilet, which was not only smelly but also in a dirty condition. This is unexpected for any hotel.

Stayed here with my husband and my dog and loved every bit of the experience. The rooms are so spacious and the property is huge. The pool was clean. The staff is super kind and I loved the fact they personally served us each dish. My dog had a lovely time running around in the garden. I would love to come back again. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

Nature of our trip was a getaway with couple friends to enjoy the property and the amenities. We enquired specifically about the amenities and activities before booking over WhatsApp and we were ensured everything is in order and working. So we booked traditional cottage with two interconnected rooms for a premium price ( considerably more than other options). After reaching the property we felt disappointed seeing the poor maintenance. Washroom behind the reception was smelly and not at all clean. Toilet seats were stained. Walk from the reception to the cottage was highly disappointing. There's a lake or a pond adjacent to the restaurant which was filled with smelly water and algae. Grass around the walkway was huge and sharp. Water in the Swimming pool was not clean as the filters were not running. In the room duat was visible over the bed pillars. Burnt matchstick and cigerette butts were found in the room behind curtains and in the open wash area. There's no exhaust in the bathroom and windows doesn't have nets or screen. So we can't open windows to let the smell or steam out because it's in the middle of the jungle. Activity zone - Out of all the activities mentioned during booking, Archery , Pool table , Foosball were not functional. TT table was in a pathetic condition. No garden or maintained lawn was available to play Badminton as large grass was everywhere. Only activity which we could do was swimming in the pool with merky water and cycling around the property on atrack which doesn't even complete a circle. Food was okay. Taste and quality was good. Service was good. Overall we felt cheated as the property doesn't deserve that kind of charges especially if it doesn't maintain basic hygiene in washroom and bedrooms.
