Very unprofessional and rude staff. They take all money while check-in and once money paid they are not bothered and starts behaving rude. The two girls on reception are extremely unprofessional. There was no hot water coming from tap, in bathroom the glass of window was broken and everything was visible, dusty rooms, dirty washroom. The property is old. We booked from fabhotels and they also just send mails but did not solve our problem. And they also waste our time while checking check in time was 12 pm but they gave us on 2 pm this is a pathetic service. Don't waste your valuable money.

Worst experience ever. Don't waste your money and time. We had to wait for 2 hours in reception as the rooms were not ready we got rooms at 2pm. After waiting we got to know the electricity issue was there so fan ac light nothing was working and staff asked us to adjust for some time. Also from bathroom glass was broken and everything was visible from outside. Washrooms were dirty and were not cleaned properly. Extremely rude staff. Even for bath the hot water not coming again we had to call the receptionist.

Don’t go with hotel. Bathroom doesn’t have lock Not enough staff. No cooperation from manager. You will have bad surprise on checkin time. Only vadapav in breakfast. Very bad experience ever
