My experience was very bad. If you book online then they will not treat you well. I got late checkin & asked for checkout on time. Post discussion they agreed. Toiletries and complementary things not kept I need to ask for each and every thing. They don't even ask me for the break fast that included in booking. Overall I will not recommend this to anyone.

The hotel rooms are pretty small in size but has all the options including AC, storage unit. Wash room is neat and clean. Located in Rabale behind Vista Inn hotel. Checkin was smooth. Room service is good.

Manager is very rude, althougj room was abailable but charged 474 extra for early checkin but previously informed its free, morning manager me kiran i beleive, not interested at all in customer

Rooms are so so conjusted that mot even a foot of distance from your bed and bathroom. The only thing good was bathroom. The service guy was also playing double standards telling one thing in the check-in and other in the check-out. When i told them i checked in late and they accepted it but they counted it just till 11 am the next day. Just the worse experience from them, i actually love fab hotels but this time, I'm really dissatisfied and disappointed.
