I booked fab hotel after getting call from Shubham. He said that rooms will be very clean but actually its not. I went to hotel with family and my experience was horrible with the staff and hotel. Staff showed me three rooms, all are very dirty, toilets are not cleaned. No family was staying at that time, so I went to other hotel by paying high amount. Fab is not yet reverted booking amount, so be careful while paying advance to these people.

Please do not choose this hotel.its a complete scam.ratings are fraud and no customers are there.they have mention fab hotel and asked for advance booking amount online and when you reach hotel they will humiliate you that they did not receive any amount and you need to pay full amount again to check in.i have called police for this hotel to take my hard earned money back.

was extremely displeased with the use of offensive language by the staff Nikhil and management at Hotel Wakad Villa. Their rude behavior left me very upset during my stay. "The cleanliness and hygiene standards at Hotel Wakad Villa were far below expectations, making it a very unhygienic environment."
