A property that requires quite a lot of maintenance. Something or the other doesn't work in almost every room. Good service by Restaurant staff. Bonfire arrangements were good. No Buffet breakfast - limited options served on order. One can avoid booking the room with breakfast.

We booked online and we got a normal room that was not that great (not clean). But the hotel kindly upgraded our room to upper floor for free of cost. That room was really good. Service: Each and everyone in the hotel are polite and helpful. Restaurant: Not many option but the food is cooked in a healthy manner - less oily yet tasty. Pricing is minimal. When we asked for local food, they said they don't serve those but we can get them in a market. I liked this attitude as they wanted to give us better experience of food too rather than just focusing on business. Other help: They helped us with local site seeing car etc. The driver was very helpful though he charged a little extra. Only downside is that the hotel is located at a strange place & far from station.

We had a great experience in casa holiday resort. The staffs were all welcoming. They gave quick and best service. Ambience of the resort is beautiful. Rooms were clean. Last but not the least staffs were honest. Thank you

Had a pleasant and wonderful stay at Casa resort. Front desk person and all the staffs were extremely good and ready to help. We were allocated room at ground floor, but on our request they changed it to 1st floor. Thank you for that!! They have open terrace with projector, where during night, they play some movies or songs. We can also have food at terrace while watching movies. Food at their restaurant were really awesome. We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner, and all were tasty. Note: Better to have Jio or BSNL mobile connection at Araku.
