The resort manager is very racist and not very polite. The rooms they offered also don’t deserve a single star. They scammed us all. The water facility is not good, the towels they provided were not clean and the A/C doesn’t work. But the money they took was not worth it at all. And a little reminder for you guys: Please don’t ever leave your purse in the room even though you guys didn’t carry your luggage to the room. If you did so, they will charge you for using the room while your stuff is not even placed inside the room. The swimming pool had a lot of dead insects floating, they don’t even clean the pool. I wish they were a bit nicer and the hospitality was extremely bad.

Considering the price, the property is very basic. Do not take rooms at ground floor as they stinks a lot and you might feel that you are living in a hostel. Pool is also not great. Staff is good and the hotel is near to market which is only a positive thing.

You can stay in an oyo which is far better than this property. If you’re planning a budget stay and for that alk to this place then no matter what do not stay here.Its the worst worst experience ever , the staff is rude and there is no hospitality. The staff kept asking for jointand lizards in room is very common. It’s a request do not waste your money here. There is nothing here, just catchy from outside

Worst place, get this place only if it’s an last option in Goa. Old property not maintained, AC makes noise like a motor, no TV, small rooms full of dust, very bad bathrooms, leakage all over the place, we also found a frog in the bathroom and at night we had short circuit in the room, very bad service, no parking for your car you will have to part 2 kms far paid parking. In the peak new year season they charge like a 3 star. It’s looks good from outside but it will a nightmare from inside.

We had an urgent requirement so we negotiated and got one room here. were given a leaking room with no fan, Broken toilet floor, mouldy room. We were ok with all this and ready to adjust. Since we had negotiated for a couple hundred rupees. But they refused to give blankets for all three of us. We got only one small blanket. And they were so rude. No hot water for shower. The exterior is super good. But the room was not so good.
